💖 Pre-Dating Prep Bootcamp (Dare 2 Date)

Your personal guide to dating again. Our Saturday bootcamps help rebuild confidence, revisit dating etiquette, standards and aligned partner visioning.

​6-week program for women contemplating divorce; explore clarity, alternatives, and self-recovery.

4-week relationship revival series with rituals, communication, and intimacy mapping using HER Method™.

🌸Sacred Womb Healing Intensive

A pop-up intensive on yoni steam education, breathwork, journaling, and ceremony. Take home your own Yoni Steam Kit, Create your own herbal blend.

 

💸Secure The Bag. Protect the Legacy.

Workshop series based on teaching survival tactics and techniques in Coach Kim;'s survival manual "Secure The Bab, Protect The Babies". Each month is a different skill training. Join the tribe to stay in the loop on which skills are being taught this month.

💖 1. How do I register for a workshop?

You can register directly through our LifeLab Appointment Request Form.
Once you select your workshop, our team will follow up within 24–48 hours with confirmation, payment link, and location details.

🌸 2. Are these workshops only for women?

Most LifeLab experiences are designed to empower women, but select programs such as Reignite HER and Pre-Marital Counseling welcome couples of all backgrounds. Each session’s description will note if it’s women-only or co-ed.

💫 3. Do I have to attend every week, or can I drop in?

You can absolutely drop in!
Each workshop offers drop-in sessions at set rates, or you can enroll in the full series at a discounted package price.
Full enrollment is recommended for deeper transformation and consistency.

🌿 4. Where are the workshops held?

Workshops are hosted at Coach Kim’s LifeLab studio in Jacksonville, FL, or virtually via Zoom for select programs.
Location details and access links are provided upon registration.

🕯️ 5. What should I bring to class?

Bring an open mind, your favorite journal, and a bottle of water.
Some sessions (like Sacred Womb Healing) include materials, kits, or herbal blends provided on-site or for take-home use.

Drop-in sessions range from $65 to $125 depending on the workshop.

💞 7. Can I attend with a friend or partner?

Yes! Many participants find the experience even more powerful when shared.
Be sure to note your guest’s name at registration so we can seat or group you together.

🌸 8. What is the HER Method™ mentioned in some workshops?

The HER Method™ is Coach Kim’s signature coaching framework—centered on Healing, Elevating, and Rebuilding.
It combines life coaching, metaphysical science, and feminine energy principles to help participants reconnect with their authentic power.

✨ 9. Do you offer private sessions or coaching?

Yes. In addition to group workshops, private coaching and couple intensives are available by appointment.
You can request these through the same appointment form or by emailing coachkim@coachkim.net.

🌕 10. Are refunds or transfers available?

Due to the intimate nature of our sessions and limited seating, refunds are not offered.
However, you may transfer your registration to another workshop date or participant with 48-hour notice.

🌿11. Is this a therapy replacement?

No. Coach Kim is a Certified Life Coach, not a licensed mental health provider. This program is for personal development and empowerment—not clinical therapy.
